Rick Edge, REALTOR®

Rick Edge has been with the Carmel office of Alain Pinel Realtors since 1996 and has provided quality service to his clients for over 20 years. As part of his efforts to continue offering the best service possible, Rick recently obtained two professional designations. One is the REALTOR® e-PRO designation, which provides real estate professionals with the technological tools to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home. He also became Quality Service Certified®. This program requires presenting clients with a guarantee of services to be performed whether buying or selling and follow-up surveys to measure how well those services were performed. Results are then posted on the web. This holds the Realtor accountable for the ongoing delivery of quality service for each transaction. Further, Rick is also completing the requirements for a California Real Estate Broker´s license.

Rick´s continuing education in the real estate profession, his experience with property loans, title and escrow service and expertise in marketing homes and land makes him the ideal Realtor to work with you on any of your real estate needs.
