Kim brings to APR a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism, and joins a group of distinguished real estate professionals who are all part of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced marketing firm specializing in distinctive properties and estates.

Kim entered the real estate field with 15 years of prior sales and negotiation experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in History/Political Science. She specialized in International Business and International Relations with an emphasis on the Pacific Rim.

Currently, Kim is enjoying serving on two local real estate boards. She is the 2007 Education/Programs Chair for the California State Chapter of Women´s Council of REALTORS®, as well as serving as the 2007 Secretary/Treasurer for the Monterey County Association of REALTORS®. 

Kim has been recognized since her first year in real estate as a top producer in the Carmel-by-the-Sea office. Demonstrating a high degree of talent, efficiency and sincerity, Kim is known as a skilled negotiator, orchestrating all parties to each transaction.
